For many years, I worked in complex projects where different teams, systems, and expectations needed to align around a shared outcome.
What stayed with me was how even very capable teams can struggle, despite good intentions and hard work. Often, the toughest problems emerged in the space in between, where assumptions drifted apart, ownership became unclear, and things quietly stopped converging.
Today, I help organisations navigate complexity and improve outcomes when success depends on many interdependent teams, systems, and organisations.
