Exploring the questions, patterns, and perspectives that shape outcomes in complex situations.

01 · Consulting

I help people in difficult engineering programs understand what is getting in the way and develop practical improvements that bring the wider system together.

How I help

When complex programs become harder than they should be.

02 · Thinking beyond the obvious

I explore questions and perspectives that help make sense of complexity, uncertainty, and what happens in between.

Explore the reflections

Exploring complexity, one perspective at a time.

03 · When complexity becomes personal

I support people handling complexity, especially when something feels off and it becomes difficult to help others see what you are seeing.

Still taking shape.

For the people holding things together.

04 · See Bled differently

I run with small groups through Bled to explore the stories, history, and everyday life behind the postcard view.

Inside Complexity
About

Curiosity about complexity. Focus on what matters.

Inside Complexity

For much of my career, I worked in complex technical projects where many different parties had to come together around a shared outcome.

I repeatedly saw capable people struggle because the structures and ways of working around them were not suited to the complexity of the task. Problems accumulated between teams and organisations, while individual effort increasingly held everything together.

These experiences shaped my interest in complexity, not only at work, but also in life. Inside Complexity is where I explore complex situations, the patterns behind them, and perspectives that can help us understand what matters and find practical ways forward.

In my consulting work, I help people make sense of engineering programs that have become harder than they should be and develop practical ways to move them forward.

I'm German and based in Bled, Slovenia.
